Dear User:

Well, now that I have you attention here is what I want to say.  

All the data in this directory are FREE!  They are yours to copy and do as 
you please.  

However, all this stuff is "e-mailware."  This means that if you take anything 
you must send me an e-mail.  The e-mail doesn't have to include anything at 
all but your name and e-mail address.  However, I welcome your input although 
I cannot promise I will be able to address each of your suggestions or 
reply to every comment.

Your suggestions are *REALLY* important in our efforts to improve and justify 
this service.  I thank you for taking the time to write to us.
