International Satellites for Ionospheric Studies 

This directory groups data from the ISIS 1 and 2 satellites. 

Subdirectories:
/plasma_cep   
	Electron density and temperature from the Cylindrical Electrostatic 
	Probe (ASCII) 		
/topside_sounder    
	Ionograms (binary and CDF) and electron density profiles (ASCII) from
	the topside sounder insturments.
/software   
	(1) The Fortran Worldmap Program for generating orbit parameters, (2) 
	Jackson's Fortran programs for inverting ionogram traces to electron 
	density profiles, (3) an interactive IDL/Fortran program for scaling 
	ionograms and inverting them to electron density profiles.
